To prepare for your treatment and process your tumor tissue, we need some documents and your consent.
Please follow the steps below in order. These include submitting your patient information, making the advance payment, providing the required consent forms, and—if necessary—submitting the results of your blood test.

You have contacted us with a request to process tumor tissue for the production of an anti-tumor vaccine (IO-VAC® vaccine). We appreciate your trust and are happy to carry out the necessary procedures.
The IOZK incurs immediate costs for transportation, regulatory approvals, and laboratory procedures.
Therefore, we can only guarantee processing if you transfer €5,000 to our account in advance via Sofortanweisung.
Important: Please remember to include the patient's last name, first name, and date of birth with the bank transfer so that we can match the payment to the correct patient.

Please sign the statement in which you give your consent for your tumor tissue to be collected and stored, and acknowledge that this will incur costs for you.
To comply with infection control measures, we require a blood test for existing infections before processing the tumor material. This test must not be more than 6 months old.

If you've already had blood drawn at the IOZK, we've already performed these tests, and you don't need to do anything.

The tumor specimen must not be processed until the blood test results are available!
